Henry Rose Jr., C.P.A.

Mr. Rose received his accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin. His experience includes three years with Haskins & Sells, a "big eight" public accounting firm in Houston, Texas followed by three years as controller of a publicly held Houston, Texas real state developer. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the San Antonio Chapter thereof.

Tanya K. Rose, C.P.A.

Mrs. Rose had worked five years with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, in Houston, Texas and one year as assistant controller for a title company in Houston, Texas prior to her arrival in Laredo. Her primary responsability is to direct the firm's audit services. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Mrs. Rose has served as Associate Treasurer of Christ Church Episcopal, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Laredo Philharmonic Orchestra, and as a member of the Advisory Board of Mercy Regional Medical Center. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the San Antonio Chapter of Certified Public Accountants.

Samuel M. Kowalsky, C.P.A.

Mr. Kowalsky obtained his accounting degree from Texas A & M University. His experience includes three years at the office of Samuel Kowalsky, C.P.A. and four years at the office of Kowalsky, Rose & Company, C.P.A.s, prior to becoming a partner in April, 1986. Mr. Kowalsky is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an active member of the San Antonio Chapter of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
